Rachel Aquino was born and raised in New York City where she attended New York University. She has served as Director of Finance at Montefiore Medical Center and, while there, she assisted in developing a new division called The Children’s Hospital which focused on the needs of children.
Rachel has always had a passion for making an impact on children’s lives. She has developed numerous programs which keep kids off the streets and out of trouble.
In 2007, Rachel became a resident of the state of Florida and worked as Director of Office and Finance for a prominent Neurology group. Her passion for children continued even after moving to Florida as she is currently involved in various organizations related to children. She currently is the Vice President of Hispanic American Youth Group of Deltona (HAYGD).
Rachel has strong business acumen and continues to grow her career. Even after attending New York University she received certificates in Medical Registration and Insurance, Maximizing Revenue, Revenue Cycle, Physician Order Configuration and Postdoctoral Course of Instruction for Physician Billing and Coding.
Rachel was also nominated for Business Woman of the Year.
She enjoys family time, traveling, working with children and mentoring young adults.
