Ronald Nesbitt is a private practice attorney in Orlando, Florida. His practice areas include business and tax matters including business and tax planning, tax controversy, advising business owners and investors contemplating and executing sales, acquisitions and reorganizations and assisting issuers with securities disclosure. He also engages in limited estate planning for select clients contemplating succession planning.

Mr. Nesbitt earned an LL.M. in tax from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
